benefits and for the payment of refunds pursuant to Sec-
tions 14 (b) and 19 (g) (7) (E) and in accordance
with regulations prescribed by the Board. The Board shall
from time to time requisition from the unemployment
trust fund such amounts, not exceeding the amounts stand-
ing to its account thereof, as it deems necessary for the
payment of such benefits and refunds for a reasonable
future period. Upon receipt thereof the Treasurer shall
deposit such moneys in the benefit account for the payment
of benefits and refunds solely from such benefit account.
Expenditures of such moneys in the benefit account and
refunds from the clearing account shall not be subject to
any provisions of law requiring specific appropriations or
other formal release by State officers of money in their
custody. All checks issued by the Treasurer for the pay-
ment of benefits and refunds shall bear the signature, or
facsimile signature, of the Treasurer, and be counter-
signed by the duly authorized agent or agents, of the
Board; and all such checks shall be issued only upon the
warrant of the Board signed by at least one of the members
of said Board. Any balance of moneys requisitioned from
the unemployment trust fund which remains unclaimed
or unpaid in the benefit account after the expiration of the
period for which such sums were requisitioned shall either
be deducted from estimates for, and may be utilized for
the payment of, benefits and refunds during succeeding
periods, or, in the discretion of the Board, shall be redepos-
ited with the Secretary of the Treasury of the United
States of America, to the credit of this State's account in
the unemployment trust fund, as provided in sub-section
(b) of this Section.

ADMINISTRATION

11. (k) State-Federal Cooperation.

In the administration of this Act, the Board shall co-
operate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions
of this Act, with the Social Security Board, created by the
Social Security Act, approved August 14, 1935, as amended;
shall make such reports, in such form and containing such
information as the Social Security Board may from time
to time require, and shall comply with such provisions as
the Social Security Board may from time to time find
necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such
reports; and shall comply with the regulations prescribed
by the Social Security Board governing the expenditures
of such sums as may be allotted and paid to this State
under Title III of the Social Security Act for the purpose
of assisting in the Administration of this Act.
