said sections relating to certain payments to the Sheriff
of Washington County.

WHEREAS, these sections are no longer necessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 754 and 755 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 113.
(House Bill 97)

AN ACT! to repeal Sections 272, 273 and 274 of Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Cor-
porations", sub-title "Railroad Companies", said sections
relating to the transportation of milk.

WHEREAS, Sections 272, 273 and 274 of said Article 23 have
not been necessary or applicable since the creation of the
Public Service Commission; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 272, 273 and 274 of Article 23 of the Anno:
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Corporations",
sub-title "Railroad Companies", be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 16, 1945.
