for Carroll County, to the Deer Park Church at Smallwood
in Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of $200.

74. To bequest contained in the Will of Sarah L. Ying-
ling, probated on March 21, 1944, and recorded in Liber
H. G. B. No. 15, folio 433, Office of Register of Wills for
Carroll County, to St. John's Catholic Church, Westminster,
Maryland, the sum of $100.

75. To bequests contained in the Will of Mary A. Jones,
probated on May 3, T944, and recorded in Liber H. G. B.
No. 15, folio 442, Office of Register of Wills for Carroll
County:

(a) to the Trustees of the Meadow Branch
Brethren Church near Westminster, Maryland, the sum of

$50;

(b) to the First Church of God, Westminster,
Maryland, the sum of $25;

(c) to the Rebecca Lodge No. 18 of Manchester,
Manchester, Maryland, the sum of $25.

76. To bequests contained in the Will of Harry Peyton
Gorsuch, probated on June 23, 1944, and recorded in Liber
H. G. B. No. 15, folio 450, Office of Register of Wills for
Carroll County, to wit:

(a) $1000.00 to the Endowment Fund of the Gas-
sell Home in Westminster;

(b) $1000.00 to the Endowment Fund of the
Strawbridge Home for Boys;

(c) $1000.00 to the Endowment Fund of the
Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church.

ject to increase in the event of the failing of other bequests
set forth in said Will.
