30. To Deed by Rudolph P. Basch, unmarried, and
Mary A. Remesch, widow, bearing date of April 5th, 1943,
conveying lot No. 26, Section B. as shown and designated on
Plat of Lauraville Park, which Plat is duly filed and record-
ed among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Plat
Book S.C.L. 3552, folio 124, to the Zion Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Baltimore City.

31. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Seventy Dollars ($70.00), reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 2827 Windsor Avenue in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Robert Emory
Base, bachelor, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City of Balti-
more, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, by deed
dated December 28th, 1943, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6544, folio
590 &c.

32. To the grant and conveyance of two ground rents,
the first of Ninety-six Dollars ($96.00), reversionary in-
terest in the lot and improvements known as No. 2827
Presstman Street, and the second of Seventy-five Dollars
($75,00), reversionary interest in the lot and improvements
known as No. 2820 Belmont Avenue, both in Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, from Philip V. Hendelberg and
Betty Hendelberg, his wife, to the Trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in
the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, by deed dated January 19th, 1944, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P.
No. 6552, folio 387 &c.

33. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Eighty-four Dollars ($84.00), reversionary interest in the
lot and improvements known as No. 1822 N. Bentalou
Street in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Isidore
E. Levin and Naomi W. Levin, his wife, to the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, by deed dated April 22nd, 1944, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P.
No. 6586, folio 143 &c.

34. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Seventy-eight Dollars ($78.00), reversionary interest in the
lot and improvements known as No. 2316 Lauretta Avenue
in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from O. Mark Gold-
stein and Rosa Lee Goldstein, his wife, and Harry L. Blum-
