appears in this Article, there shall be read the phrase
"age of 60, " and whenever the phrase "age of 64" appears
in this Article, there shall be read the phrase "age of 59. "

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect six months after the termination of the pres-
ent war.

(Senate Bill 629)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
180 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County, "
sub-title "Crier and Bailiffs, " as said section was amend-
ed by Chapter 276 of the Acts of 1939, to provide that
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County shall fix
the salaries of the Crier and Bailiffs of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 180 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County, " sub-title "Crier and Bailiffs, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 276 of the Acts of 1939, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

180. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County
shall fix the salaries of the Chief Bailiff and Librarian,
the Bailiffs and the Court Crier of the Circuit Court for
Baltimore County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
