100. (Worcester County. ) There shall be four trial magis-
trates, one of whom shall sit at Snow Hill and receive an annual
salary of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1, 200. 00); one of whom
shall sit at Pocomoke and receive an annual salary of Twelve
Hundred Dollars ($1, 200. 00); one of whom shall sit at Berlin
and receive an annual salary of Twelve Hundred Dollars
($1, 200. 00), and one of whom shall sit at Ocean City and
receive an annual salary of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1, -
200. 00). There shall be no constables assigned to trial magis-
trates in Worcester County.
SEC. 2. And lie it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 101 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Work-
men's Compensation", sub-title "Miscellaneous", said new
section to be known as Section 79B of said Article, and
to follow immediately after Section 79A thereof, to provide
for the establishment of a "Second Injury Fund", the means
of raising such Fund, the supervision, direction and ad-
ministration thereof, and to provide the compensation pay-
able therefrom to certain employees previously injured who
suffer described Second Injuries.
SECTION 1. Be. it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary
land. That a new section be added to Article 101 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Work-
men's Compensation", sub-title "Miscellaneous", to follow im-
mediately after Section 79A of said Article and sub-title, and
to be known as Section 79B, said new section to read as fol-
lows:
79B. (1) If an employee, who has previously lost, or lost
the use of, one hand, one arm, one foot, one leg or one eye,
shall become permanently and totally disabled because of the
loss or loss of us. e of another of such members or organs by
reason of an accidental injury, as defined in this Article, the
employer shall be liable only for the compensation payable
under this Article for such injury. However, in addition to
