(Purchase of Fraudulent License. ) For any person to pur-
chase a dog license on fraudulent representations concerning
himself or the dog licensed.

(Counterfeiting of License Tag. ) For any person to use a
tag in substitution for a legal license tag so similar in shape
and appearance that it is easily mistaken for the official tag
for the current year.

(Kennel License Liability. ) For any person financially in-
terested in a kennel license to permit any unlawful operation
or practice by such kennel.

(Failure to Keep Records of Kennel or of Pet Shop Sales. )
For the owner or operator of a kennel or pet shop to fail
to keep a substantially complete record of all dogs kept at a
kennel or pet shop and of essential data concerning sales or
other disposition of dogs delivered from kennels or such shops.

(Denial of Identity or of Ownership. ) For any person to
deny his identity to a Warden OF other enforcement agent in
order to escape service of a summons or warrant of arrest or
of replevin for a dog.

(Unlawful Removal of Tag. ) For any person, except the
owner or custodian, to remove a legally acquired license tag
from a dog, excepting in case of distress or injury requiring
the temporary removal of the collar or harness.

(Illegal Harboring. ) For any person to remove, or without
the authorization of the owner or keeper to hold or harbor a
dog of another for more than forty-eight hours after such
dog comes into his possession without reporting such holding
or harboring to the police authorities or Warden of his dis-
trict.

(Injuring and Abandoning. ) For any person in any man-
ner to injure a dog and, from the circumstances reasonably
presumed to be aware of such injury, to fail to stop and give
all aid possible under the circumstances.

(Abandoning or Dropping Dogs. ) For any person to aban-
don or leave without adequate provision for water, food or
shelter or to drop along the highway or on another person's
property a dog or puppies.

(Causing Destruction, Damage or Injury to Public Prop-
erty. ) For an owner or keeper of a dog to permit it to de-
stroy, damage or injure any shrubbery, plants, flowers, grass,
lawn, terrace or any other valuable thing in any public places,
grounds, parks or cemeteries.

(Resisting an Officer. ) For any person to resist, hinder, or
molest the police officer or Warden or his authorized assistant
while engaged in the discharge of any duty enjoined upon him
or them by any of the provisions of this Act.

(Breaking Open Pound or Shelter. ) For any person to
break open or in any manner directly or indirectly to aid,
