to a special levy in Lutherville.

WHEREAS, Sections 491 and 492 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are obsolete
and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 491 and 492 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Lutherville", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 496.

(House Bill 289)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 568, 569 and 570 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Reisterstown",
relating to a special levy in Reisterstown.

WHEREAS, Sections 568, 569 and 570 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are
obsolete and unnecessary; therefore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 568, 569 and 570 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Reisterstown", be and the
same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.
