Inland Water Fish, " sub-title "Water Fowl and Migra-
tory Birds, " providing for regulation of Duck Blinds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Paragraph B of Section 42, Article 99 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish, " sub-title "Water Fowl and
Migratory Birds, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to read as follows:
(b) Section 42 shall not apply to any person who has
an established licensed blind or blinds located in the waters
of Anne Arundel County or in the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay opposite the shore line of said county prior to
January 1, 1927, and said, licensee shall have the right to
file an application with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Anne Arundel County for renewal of said license during the
month of June of each year, and said Clerk of NCourt shall
issue licenses in rotation as applications are received on
the first day of July following or thereafter of each year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
sections (c) and (e) of Section 256A of Article 93 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement),
title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, "
to authorize the granting of original letters of adminis-
tration or of guardianship where the executor or guar-
dian named in the will is engaged in war or related
services as if such executor or guardian had not been
so designated.
