Washington County or any municipal corporation in said
County, which by provision of law, regulation, resolution or
ordinance, is a lien against the real property on which it is
levied and/or assessed.

805E. The intention of this sub-title is to facilitate and
expedite the collection of taxes in Washington County, and
thereby generally promote the business of the County Com-
missioners' office in said County and for that purpose all the
provisions of this sub-title shall be liberally construed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of this
Act shall apply to all taxes which are in arrears at the time
this Act takes effect, notwithstanding the fact that such taxes
were levied prior to the effective date of this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 63A of Article 2B of the 1943 Sup-
plement to the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Boards of License Commission-
ers", relating to Appeals in Howard County.

WHEREAS, Section 63A of Article 2B of the 1943 Supplement
to the Annotated Code of Maryland has been superseded by
the provisions of Section 63 of Article 2B, said Section 63A
is no longer needed, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 63A of Article 2B of the 1943 Supplement
to the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-title "Boards of License Commissioners", be and the
same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
