WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 278-281, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Election Districts", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 347.
(House Bill 361)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 269-275, inclusive, of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Election Districts", said
sections relating to the transfer and registration of certain
voters, and the appointment of justices of the peace and
constables in certain election districts in Dorchester County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 269-275, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Election Districts", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 348.
(House Bill 364)

AN ACT to repeal Section 8 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Attachment of Wages", said section re-
lating to the attachment of wages of employees.
