SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Insurance", sub-title "General Provisions", said new sec-
tion to follow immediately after Section 49 and to be known as
Section 49A and to read as follows:
49A. (Reinsurance. ) No stock or mutual insurance com-
pany, inter-insurer, reciprocal exchange, or Lloyd's, organized
under the laws of this State, shall cede by reinsurance its
entire schedule of policies or contracts of insurance or fidelity
or surety bonds, or accept by reinsurance the entire schedule
of policies or contracts of insurance or fidelity or surety bonds
of any other insurance company, except by approval of the In-
surance Commissioner; provided, that nothing herein con-
tained shall be deemed to invalidate the ceding or acceptance
of reinsurance pursuant to contracts of reinsurance previously
lawfully made.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 568 of Article 22
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Washington County", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables7', sub-heading "Juvenile Court", as
amended by Chapter 526 of the Acts of 1941, said new sub-
section to be known as Sub-section (m) of Section 568, to
follow immediately after Sub-section (1) of Section 568 of
said Article, providing for appeals from orders or decrees of
said Court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
Section 568 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables", sub-heading "Juvenile
Court", as the same was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter
526 of the Acts of 1941, said new sub-section to be known as
Sub-section (m) of Section 568 of said Article, to follow imme-
diately after Sub-section (1) of said Section 568, and to read
as follows:
