ing to the licensing of dogs.

WHEREAS, the State law on this subject makes these
provisions unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 439-446 of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Sheep and Dogs, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 264.
(Senate Bill 189)

AN ACT to repeal Section 161 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Cecil County, " sub-title "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub-heading "Fraud on Livery Stable Keepers, " relating
to fraud on livery stable keepers.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 161 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County, "
sub-title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-heading "Fraud
on Livery Stable Keepers, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.
