CHAPTER 250.
(Senate Bill 61)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
384A of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "In-
juries—Reports of", to eliminate Worcester County from the
provisions of this section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 384A of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments",
sub-title "Injuries—Reports of", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
384A. Whenever any physician, pharmacist, dentist, hos-
pital or nurse treats any person for any injury which was
caused by or shows evidence of having been caused by an auto-
mobile accident or by a lethal weapon he or she, or in the case
of a hospital, the individual then in charge thereof, shall, as
soon as practicable, notify either the Sheriff of the County, the
County Police or the State Police of such fact, giving such
person's name and address, if known a description of the in-
jury, and any other facts concerning the affair which might
assist in the detection of crime. Any such person failing so
to report shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable in
any court of competent criminal jurisdiction by a fine not ex-
ceeding Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00). The provisions of this
section shall only apply in Montgomery, Talbot and Somerset
Counties.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 251.
(Senate Bill 67)
AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 81 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Revenue
and Taxes", sub-titles "Rules of Construction" and "Income
Tax", to follow immediately after Section 3 (e) of said Arti-
cle and after Section 251 of said Article to be known respec-
tively as Section 3 (f) and Section 251 1/2, said new Section
3 (f) providing for the exclusion of common trust funds
from taxation under said Article and said new Section
