69. To a deed from Jean Hancy Keyser to Holy Trinity
Fathers, Inc. of Maryland, a Maryland corporation, dated May
17, 1943 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber K.J. S. No. 1286, folio 244, conveying to said
corporation property formerly owned by the said Jean Hancy
Keyser in Baltimore County as described in said deed.

70. To the bequest of $300.00 to the Trustees of Dover Metho-
dist Episcopal Church near Butler, Baltimore County, Mary-
land, contained in the Will of Emily E. England, recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber
J. H. B. No. 212, Folio 135.

71. To the deed from Richard M. Duvall, Executor of the
will of Emelia G. Focke, to the Baldwin Memorial Methodist
Episcopal Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, dated
January 31, 1926, recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4525, folio 426 &c.

72. To bequest contained in Will of Pauline E. Robier, re-
corded in Office of Register of Wills in Liber J.H.B. 215, folio
152 to the Vestry of the Church of the Messiah, a body cor-
porate, to be used for its corporate purposes, my Defense Sav-
ings Bonds, Series "E", No. 2278186 E issued September, 1942,

73. To bequest contained in Will of Agnes E. Gleadhill, filed
in the Office of Register of Wills, J.H.B. 216, folio 136, St.
John's Episcopal Church, Kingsville, Baltimore County, Mary-
land, the sum of f 100.00.

74. To the bequest contained in the Will of Lillian C.
Michael, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the Office
of Register of Wills for said City in Wills Liber J.H.B. No. 208,
Folio 525, of the sum of $1,000.00 to the Academy of the Visita-
tion, B.V.M., Mount de Sales, Catonsville, Maryland.

75. To devise of properties known as Nos. 703 S. Linwood
Avenue and 734 S. Decker Avenue, located in Baltimore City, to
the Rev. James Cholewka as Pastor of St. Casimir's Roman
Catholic Church, Kenwood Avenue and O'Donnell Street, con-
tained in Will of John Fraley, and duly probated and now of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City
in Wills Liber J.H.B. No. 211, folio 77.

76. To a deed from All Saints Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore City to White Stone Baptist Church, Inc., dated
February 14, 1945, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber M.L.P. No. 6710, folio 429, which prop-
erty is known as 1104-1106-1108-1110-1112 N. Franklin Street,
Baltimore, Maryland.
