CHAPTER 1079.
(House Bill 877)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section to
be known as Section 72A and to follow immediately after
Section 72 of said Article, relating to rules of practice and
admission before the Courts of Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be, and it is hereby added to Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said
new section to be known as Section 72A, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 72 of said Article, and to read as follows:

72A. The Circuit Court for Frederick County is hereby
authorized and empowered to make rules of court relating to
practice before said court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That no person shall prac-
tice law in Frederick County or appear before any Court in
Frederick County until he or she shall have first complied with
the rules of practice established by the Circuit Court for
Frederick County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 1080.
(House Bill 882)

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick,
a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, to borrow
on the faith and credit of said City an amount not to exceed
sixty thousand ($60, 000. ) dollars and to issue bonds or notes
therefor, for the acquisition and development of a municipal
airport, providing generally for the time, terms and manner
of issuing said bonds, and authorizing and directing a levy
of taxes to pay for the interest and principal of said bonds
or notes.
