to carry out the provisions of this Act. The plans and spe-
cifications for said school building at Chestertown and for
said additions to other high school buildings shall be sub-
ject to the approval of the State Superintendent of Schools,
as provided in Section 30 of Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition).
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on such bonds as may be issued under
the provisions of this Act and redeeming them as they
mature, the County Commissioners shall include in the tax
levy for the year after their issuance and each year there-
after until they mature and have been redeemed, an amount
sufficient to pay the annual interest on the bonds and to
redeem them as they mature.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners are hereby authorized and empowered to
acquire by purchase, lease, or other transfer, any school
building which is of no further use to the Kent County
Board of Education by reason of the construction of the
Chestertown High School upon such terms as are mutually
agreeable to said Board of Education and said County
Commissioners.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

(1939 Ed. ), title "Banks and Trust Companies, " sub-
title "Bank Commissioner, "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 1 and 2 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Banks and Trust Com-
panies, " sub-title "Bank Commissioner, " be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so
as to read as follows:
