showing all outstanding obligations of the County. The report
submitted by the Supervisor shall be coordinated as to pro-
posed capital projects which affect or relate to the part of the
Maryland-Washington Regional District located in suburban
Montgomery County with the Maryland-National Capital Park
and Planning Commission. When the report of the Super-
visor is in disagreement with the Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission, he shall forward his recom-
mendations to the County Commissioners with those of the
Commission. Provided, however, that the provisions of this
section shall be in addition to and not a limitation upon exist-
ing laws.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT relating to the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County; authorizing the purchase, improvement, enlarge-
ment and construction of County Schools and equipment
and the purchase of sites for the same; authorizing the con-
struction and maintenance of County roads, streets and high-
ways, or street or highway viaducts or bridges; authorizing
contributions by the County Commissioners toward the cost
of highway projects of the Maryland State Roads Commis-
sion located in Montgomery County; authorizing acquisition
or erection of community recreation and public assembly
buildings and swimming pools; authorizing the enlarging,
moving or replacing of existing County public buildings;
authorizing the purchase of airport sites; authorizing the
purchase of park sites; authorizing the contribution of funds
for public works for the purpose of obtaining grants of
financial assistance from the Federal Government; author-
izing the contribution of such sum or sums as may be deter-
mined by the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery
County to the Maryland National Capital Park and Plan-
ning Commission for the erection of community recreation
and public assembly buildings or public offices or swimming
pools in either Bethesda, Silver Spring, Takoma Park,
Gaithersburg or Rockville, or other locations in Montgomery
County to be selected by said Commission, and for the pur-
chase of sites for such buildings or swimming pools in either
