constitutionality shall not affect the validity of the remaining
parts of this sub-title or of all other sections thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts or laws and parts of laws inconsistent herewith or con-
trary thereto be and the same are hereby repealed to extent of
such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 905.
(House Bill 498)

AN ACT to direct the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County, sitting as a District Council, to hold hear-
ings on Zoning Amendments at the County Service Building
in Hyattsville.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That after the effective date of this Act the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County, sitting as a District
Council, may hold hearings on Zoning Amendments in the
County Service Building in Hyattsville, any law to the con-
trary notwithstanding, and shall not be required to sit for such
purposes more than once a month and at any such session it
shall be lawful for said Commissioners to hear any other mat-
ter of public interest that may come before theni.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall be-
come effective on the first day of June, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 393
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(Flack's Edition, 1943), as enacted by Chapter 538 of
the Acts of 1937, to provide for an increase in salary of
the Motor Vehicle Transfer Clerk, and to define his duties.
