348. An act to incorporate the Merchant Hotel Company
of Baltimore city.

349. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the United
Cities Land Company.

350. An act to refund to B. F. Anderson, executor of Wil-
liam Anderson, deceased, money erroneously paid by him into
the Treasury of the State.

351. An act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike
road in Frederick and Carroll counties, to be called the Liberty-
town and Ridgeville Turnpike Company.

352. An act to release from the payment of interest the
sureties on the official bond of James W. Story, collector of
taxes for Queen Ann's county, in the year 1855.

353. An act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike
from the Rocks of Deer Creek to intersect the most northerly
branch of the Baltimore and Harford turnpike company, at
or near the bridge over Little Gunpowder Falls.

354. An act entitled, an act to refund to Mrs. Mary Tabler,
certain moneys erroneously paid.

355. An act for the relief of Joseph Stewart, late Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Charles county.

356. An act to confirm and make valid a deed of mortgage

358. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the trustees of
the Methodist Protestant church of New Market, and to vest
the property now held by the congregation or church in said
trustees.

359. An act to incorporate the Baltimore and Little Gun-
powder Falls Turnpike Company.

360. An act to repeal the 49th, 56th, 69th, 73d and 77th
sections, relating to primary schools in Howard county, of
article 13 of the Public Local Laws, and to substitute there-
for the following sections, relating to the said primary schools.

361. An act to authorise the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to build a bridge over Jones' Falls, at North
Avenue.
