251. An act entitled, an act to amend the 4th Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws, by repealing sections 385, 393, 394,
395, 396 and 397, relating to the inspection of hay and straw
in the city of Baltimore.

252. An act entitled, an act to incorporate a company to
build a turnpike road from Liberty Town, in Frederick county,
to intersect the Woodsboro' and Frederick turnpike road, at or
near Monocacy Bridge.

253. An act entitled, an act to provide for a State's sub-
scription to Wingate's Maryland Register for 1860 and
1861.

254. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the Sonora
and Arizona Company.

255. An act entitled, an act to confirm and make valid a
sale of certain negroes by Richard Simpson, executor of Rezin
Simpson, to Charles T. Simmons.

256. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the Merrill
Patent Fire-Arm Manufacturing Company.

257. An act entitled, an act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to endorse the bonds of the North-
ern Central Railway Company.

258. An act entitled, an act authorizing the Comptroller to
draw a warrant upon the Treasurer for four hundred and thirty
dollars and thirty cents, due David O. Blackiston, adminis-
trator of Wm. H. Blackiston, deceased, for overpayment
made to Edward A. Moore, deceased, former State's Attorney
for Kent county, on State tax of 1845.

259. An act entitled, a further supplement to an act entitled,
an act to incorporate companies to make several turnpike roads
through Baltimore county, and for other purposes, to author-
ize the laying down and equipment of a railway on the Balti-
more and Yorktown Turnpike road, between Baltimore city
and Towsontown, and the collection of tolls thereon.

260. An act entitled, an act to authorize and empower the
trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church, known as the Hall's
Roads Methodist Episcopal Church in Queen Anne's coun-
ty, to sell and convey the church lot upon which said church
is built, and to invest the proceeds thereof in another lot,
and to build a new house of public worship thereon.

261. An act entitled, an act to continue in force the act to
incorporate the Queen Anne's county and Kent county Rail
Road Company.
