25 TITLES OF THE LAWS.

204. An act to grant the leave of the Legislature to the
vestry of Zion Parish in Prince George's county, to dispose
of their interest in the Bladensburg Episcopal Parsonage
and lot in said county.

205. An act entitled, an act to amend the 77th article of
the Code of Public General Laws, by amending the 17th
section, which provides for binding out children in the House
of Refuge, by authorizing the Managers to bind them either
in or out of the State; the 18th section, which directs the
manner of receiving inmates thereto, by authorizing the
Managers to receive the children of such parents as may de-
sire it—and the 21st and 22d sections, which appropriate and
direct the payment of a sum of money annually, for the sup-
port of the House of Refuge, by extending the time for pay-
ment thereof.

206. An act to authorize the Orphans' Court of Prince
George's county to appoint a Trustee for James Crawford, a
deaf and dumb free negro of said county.

207. An act to refund to Henry T. Scott, administrator of
William Scott, late collector of State and county taxes for
Prince George's county, certain moneys overpaid by said
administrator into the Treasury of Maryland.

208. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay A. B.
Hagner, attorney for Tucker, Tongue & O'Hara, Nicholas H.
Green, Clerk of -the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel county,
Levin Woolford, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Somerset
county, J. S. Inloes, John Clark, and Whitney & Cushing,
for services rendered and articles furnished the State.

209. An act entitled, an act for the benefit of the Baltimore
city Protestant Episcopal Missionary Committee.

210. An act to authorise the Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del and Prince George's counties, to levy a sum. of money to
re-build the Bridge across the Big Patuxent River near Snow-
den's old iron works.

211. An act to authorize Samuel Swan to settle his accounts
as guardian to John Hancock, and deliver over the estate to
his said ward.

212. An act in aid of the charitable corporation, the Home
of the Friendless, with reference to the erection of a building
for its benevolent purposes.

213. An act entitled, an act to amend the 12th article of
the Public Local Laws, by adding thereto the following sec-
