177. An act entitled, an act to amend an act entitled an
act to incorporate a bank in Centerville, Queen Anne's county,
passed January session, 1856, chapter 147.

178. An act entitled, an act for the relief of Henry M.
Fitzhugh, administrator of William Fitzhugh.

179. An act entitled, an act to amend the 106th section in
relation to the salary of the Adjutant General, of article 42,
of the Code of Public General Laws.

180. An act entitled, an act to authorise Matilda Dorsey,
trustee under the will of Sally Ridgely, deceased, to sell and
convey certain real estate held under said will in trust for
certain purposes, and to invest the proceeds under the direc-
tion of the Orphan's Court of Frederick county.

181. A bill entitled, an act to compensate H. Hauck, sheriff
of Washington county, for services rendered and expense in-
curred by him by authority of the Governor.

182. An act to amend the seventh section of article thirty-
three of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the
indigent blind, and to make additional provision for their in-
struction.

183. An act to revive the act of incorporation of the town
of New Windsor, passed December session, 1843, chapter 47.

184. An act to change the name of the Associated Profes-
sors of Saint Mary's College in the city of Baltimore, to that
of "The Associated Professors of Saint Mary's Seminary in
Baltimore city, " and to confirm to the said corporation, by its
new name, all the rights and privileges held and enjoyed
under the old name.

185. An act to make valid the devise or bequest of Louisa
Dunning, late of Talbot county, Maryland, deceased, to the
trustees of the Methodist Episcopal church of St. Michaels.

186. An act to incorporate the Old School Regular Particu-
lar Baptist Church, in the town of Salisbury.

187. An act to authorise the school commissioners for
Charles county to pay over to the creditors of George E. Ful-
mer, the amount of money ascertained to be due Fulmer for
services as teacher.

188. An act to authorise the Governor and Adjutant Gen-
eral to purchase arms for the use of the State.

189. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay Wm. A.
Spencer, Clerk of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, for fees
