Goldsborough, of Dorchester county, for expenses incurred by
him in going to Caroline county, under appointment of the
Governor, as special counsel for the State of Maryland.

118. An act entitled, an act for the relief of the Trustees
of the poor-house for Montgomery county.

119. An act entitled, an act to amend the act of 1826, ch.
123, entitled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore and Ohio
Rail Road Company.

120. An act entitled, an act to authorize the Comptroller
to adjust the accounts of Philip G. Love, collector of State
taxes for the fourth and fifth election districts of St. Mary's
county, for the year 1859, and to allow as credits on the same
all sums of money for which the State's Attorney has re-
ceipted.

121. An act entitled, an act to change the name of Thomas
Barber Slye to Thomas Barber, the name of Amelia Slye to
Amelia Barber, the name of George Henry Slye to George
Henry Barber, the name of John Gwin Slye to John Gwin
Barber, the name of Chapman Billingsly Slye to Chapman
Billingsly Barber.

122. An act entitled, an act to refund to James Harrison,
jr., former collector of Talbot county, a sum of money therein
named, being an overpayment of State taxes into the Trea-
sury.

123. An act entitled, an additional supplement to an act
entitled, an act to appoint trustees for the Little Falls meet-
ing-house and the Forest meeting-house, passed at December
session, 1823, chapter 109.

124. An act to authorise the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Talbot county to transcribe one of the marriage records in his
office.

125. An act entitled, an act for the benefit of the Easton
Gaslight Company of Talbot county.

126. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the Mispillion
and Choptank Railroad Company.
