83. An act to add the following sections, relating to an act
to authorize the county commissioners of Harford county to
lay out and establish a public landing on the Susquehanna
river, at Lapidum or Beall's Ferry, in said county, to article
12 of the Public Local Laws.
84. An act to amend the act of 1858, chapter 20, entitled,
an act to lay out and establish a new election district out of
Dames' district No. 4, in Somerset county, to be called Tan-
gier District, or district number fifteen.
85. An act to amend the twelfth Article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, by amending the ninth section
thereof, which authorizes the levy of a tax for the support of
schools, by increasing the rate of said tax, and amending the
108th section thereof, which gives the school commissioners
power to procure houses for the use of schools, by giving
them power to sell houses and lots purchased for that pur-
pose.
86. An act to incorporate a company to make a Turnpike
from Conowingo to Bel-Air.
87. An act to amend the twenty-first Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to election districts in
Washington county, by adding thereto the following sections.

Code of Public Local Laws, by adding thereto a section, pro-
viding a compensation to the Register of Wills of Prince
George's county, for keeping the books relating to the school
fund, in the hands of the Orphans' Court of said county.

Public Local Laws, relating to the collection of taxes in the
city of Baltimore, by adding thereto the following sections,
and by repealing section 826 thereof, relating to the same
