Trustees of primary schools shall lay

out new school districts, build school-

houses thereon, and condemn land

on which to erect the same,

each school district of which the

boundaries are not now recorded, or

for such school districts as may

hereafter be laid out, whose duty it

shall be to lay off and clearly define

the metes and bounds of each of said

school districts and report the same

to the board of trustees, and if three

or more taxables of such school dis-

tricts shall be aggrieved by the re-

port of the commissioners, they

may be heard before the trustees,

who may reject the reports and re-

turn the same to the commissioners

for amendment; commissioners to

receive $2 per day to be paid out of

the school fund,
