AN ACT appropriating a sum of money for the
payment of the claims of Daniel Caulk, James E.
Tate and James Hopkins.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of four hundred and
ninety-one dollars and eighty-three cents be, and
the same is hereby,, appropriated for the payment
of the claims of Daniel Caulk, for work done and
materials furnished in the committee-rooms of the
Senate and House of Delegates, for the payment of
James E. Tate and James Hopkins, for articles
furnished the Senate and House of Delegates.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer,
on the warrant of the Comptroller, be, and he is
hereby, authorized to pay to Daniel Daulk the sum
of three hundred and eighty-one dollars and twenty-
nine cents, to James E. Tate the sum of thirty-
three dollars and fifty-one cents, and to James
Hopkins the sum of seventy-seven dollars and three
cents.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

AN ACT for the relief of the illegitimate children
of Isaac Henry and Elizabeth Williams of Dor-
chester county.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the names of William Albert
Williams, Charles Edward Williams and John
Wesley Williams, illegitimate children of Isaac
Henry and Elizabeth Williams, of Dorchester coun-
ty, be and they are hereby changed as follows,
to wit: the name of William Albert Williams to
William Albert Henry, the name of Charles Ed-
ward Williams to Charles Edward Henry, and the
name of John Wesley Williams to John Wesley
Henry.
