any other Act authorizing the issuance of bonds by the Com-
mission for storm drainage construction. That for the pur-
pose of paying the principal of said bonds as they mature
and the interest thereon, the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County and the County Council of Montgomery
County are directed to levy annually upon all of the property
assessed for county tax purposes within the said Sanitary Dis-
trict, upon the certification of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission an ad valorem tax at a rate necessary
to produce annually the sum required to pay the principal
and interest for the current year on said bonds or any part
thereof outstanding, which tax shall be levied and collected
as other Commission ad valorem taxes are levied and col-
lected and paid to said Commission. In the event the first
maturing interest payment on said bonds becomes due before
the levy and collection of the taxes so authorized herein, the
Commission may advance the interest due at said first in-
terest paying period out of the proceeds of the sale of said
bonds.
SEC. 2. And be. it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1950.

(House Bill 102)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
121 and 122 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County," sub-
title "County Tax Collectors"; to repeal Section 124 of said
Article and sub-title; to add nine new sections to Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "County Tax Col-
lectors," said new sections to be known as Sections 122A,
122B, 122C, 122D, 122E, 122F, 122G, 122H and 122-1 and
to follow immediately after Section 122 of said Article;
relating to tax sales and proceedings and tax sale titles
in Allegany County; to declare the legislative intent to have
been that Sections 197 to 206, inclusive, of Article 81 of the
EXPLANATION: Italics indicate new matter added to existing law.
