needed by the State, upon approval by the Board of Public
Works, for the purposes hereinafter set forth, but said
proceeds shall be expended only to the extent that any
and all balances remaining from the Twenty Three Million
Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollar
($23,539,300) Construction Fund appropriated from Gen-
eral Funds by Supplemental Budget No. 2—Fiscal Year
1950, as contained in Chapter 193 of the Acts of 1949, shall
not be available for said purposes, to the end that the sum
of said available balances together with the expenditures
authorized by this Act shall not in the aggregate exceed
the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,800,000). Said purposes are the erection, equipping,
improving, planning, and repairing of the following:
Spring Grove State Hospital:

Patients' Buildings ........ $1,550,000

Nurses' Home ........................ 200,000

Farm Buildings, Alternations,
Renovations, Repairs and
Purchase of Land .............. 250,000

TOTAL .......................................................... $2,000,000

Rosewood State Training School:

Nursery Buildings .................. 260,000

Improvements to Water and

Sewage System .................. 175,000

School Planning ...................... 75,000

Tuberculosis Building ............ 290,000

TOTAL .......................................................... 800,000

GRAND TOTAL $2,800,000
