The following appropriations are made from the Special Funds of the State:

To Baltimore City, the Counties and the Incorporated




Towns of the State: One-half of the estimated re-




ceipts of the Corporation Franchise Taxes, it being




the intention that one-half of the actual receipts




from franchise taxes on ordinary business corpora-




tions be distributed to the Counties and Baltimore




City and Incorporated Towns in accordance with




the distribution provided for by the Franchise Tax




Laws, whether the same be more or less than this

of the State Tax on Admissions to places of amuse-
