All Salaries and Expenses appropriated will be paid from Special Funds
derived from operation of the existing Toll Bridges and operation of the
Ferry System, and the proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue Bonds
(Series 1948).

The disbursement of all Salaries and Expenses incident to operation of
the existing toll bridges and the construction of the Chesapeake Bay Toll
Bridge, are to be made in accordance with the provisions of a Trust Agree-
ment of October 1, 1948, given to Baltimore National Bank, Trustee.
