County Delegation, reported favorably,

House Bill No. 9—By the Prince George's County Delegation:

Subject: "PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY", sub title "LAUREL",
sub-heading "BOUNDARIES", TO EXTEND THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE TOWN OF LAUREL, MAKE IMPROVEMENTS, AND
TO BORROW MONEY FOR PAYMENT THEREOF.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its
third reading.

On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, duly seconded, and two-thirds of
all the members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were
