STATE OF MARYLAND, TO WIT :
This being the day appointed by the Governor for a Special
Session of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock noon, Mr. Raymond
H. Miller, Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates during the regular
session of February, 1950, called the House to order and, after the
offering of prayer by the Hon. Charles M. See of Allegany County,
the Reading Clerk called the roll and the following members
