Senator Turnbull offered the following amendments from the
floor:

AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL No. 1

Amendment No. 1. In line 3 of Section 51A, on page 1 of the
printed bill, strike out the date "September 18" and insert in lieu
thereof the date "September 5".

Amendment No. 2. Strike out all of lines 8 to 11, inclusive, of
Section 51A, on page 1 of the printed bill.

Amendment No. 3. In lines 12 and 15, on page 1, and in line 19,
on page 2 of the printed bill, re-letter Sub-sections (d), (e) and (f)
to be, respectively, (e), (d) and (e).

Amendment No. 4. In lines 13 and 14 of Section 51A, on page 1
of the printed bill, strike out everything after the word "deter-
mined" and insert in lieu thereof the following: "from the date of
September 5, 1950".

Amendment No. 5. In lines 17 and 18 of Section 51A, on page 1
of the printed bill, strike out everything after the word "deter-
mined" and insert in lieu thereof the following: "from the date of
September 5, 1950".
