Church of Montgomery County, in the State of Maryland, a
religious corporation, and recorded in J. L. B. in Liber 188,
folio 369, one of the Land Records of Montgomery County.

18. To deed and conveyance of lot in Brookeville, Mary-
land, known as The Memorial Hall lot by the Trustees of the
Brookeville Academy by Thos. J. Holland, President and John
H. Janney, Secretary, to "The Vestry of St. John's Church in
St. Bartholomew's Parish, a religious corporation, the deed
being dated December, 1899 and recorded in T. D. Liber 12,
folio 396, one of the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland.

19. To deed and conveyance of lot in Olney, Maryland, from
Susie G. Barnsley and others to "The Vestry of St. John's
Church, Montgomery County", a religious corporation of the
State of Maryland, dated 26th day of April, 1910, and J. L. B.,
in Liber 222, folio 96, one of the Land Eecord Books of Mont-
gomery County.

20. To deed and conveyance of lot in Olney, Maryland, by
uThe Board of Education of Montgomery County, a Body
Corporate" to "The Vestry of St. John's Church, Olney, Mont-
gomery County, Maryland", a religious corporation, recorded
in C. K. W. at No. 558, folio 51, one of the Land Record Books
of Montgomery County.

21. To deed to 3.89 plus acres of ground at Olney, Mary-
land, from Charles W. Oland and Gladys W. Oland, his wife,
to Vestry of St. John's Church, a religious corporation, the
deed being dated April 27, 1948.

22. To the leasehold interest from Ernest August Eaestner
and wife to the Waverly Presbyterian Church of the property
known as 602 E. Thirty-fourth Street, the deed being recorded
in Liber M. L. P. No. 7127, folio 528 of Baltimore City; and
to the fee simple deed from the Mercantile Trust Company of
Baltimore City, as Trustee, to the said Waverly Presbyterian
Church, and recorded in Liber M. L. P. No. 7294, folio 169 of
Baltimore City.

23. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100) to the
Rector of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Takoma
Park, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Lucy B. Ross, and recorded in Liber O. W. R. No. 21, at folio
488, in the Orphans' Court for Montgomery County, Mary-
land.

24. To the conveyance from Allen C. Davis and Anne F.
Davis, March 8, 1945, of Lots Nos. 11 and 12 to Brookmont
