(b) The make, model and year of all automobiles and
trailer coaches.

(c) License number and owner of each trailer coach and
automobile by which it is towed.

(d) The state issuing such licenses.

(e) The dates of arrival and departure of each trailer
coach.

The park shall keep the register available for inspection,
at all times, by law enforcement officers, public health officials
and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the
information contained in the register. The register records
shall not be destroyed for a period of three years following
the date of registration.

1349 (1222P). (Revocation of License.) The Board of
Health may revoke any license to maintain and operate a
park when the licensee has been found guilty by a court of
competent jurisdiction of violating any provision of this
Act. After such conviction, the license may be reissued if the
circumstances leading to conviction have been remedied and
the park is being maintained and operated in full compliance
with law.

1350 (1222Q). (Posting of License.) The license certifi-
cate shall be conspicuously posted in the office of or on the
premises of the trailer coach park at all times.

1351 (1222R). (Separability of Provisions.) Should any
section or provision of this Act be declared invalid, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions of this Act.

1352 (1222S). (Penalty.) The violation of any of the pro-
visions of this Act shall be considered a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof before trail magistrate of said coun-
ty, or other competent Court, the offender shall be subject
to a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 for
each offense, and in default of payment of such fine shall be
imprisoned for not exceeding 90 days.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
