sub-title "Trailer Camps", and in lieu thereof to enact
Sections 1334 to 1352, both inclusive, of said Code and
sub-title and to add 19 new sections to the Montgomery
County Code (1947 Edition) being Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Trailer Camps", said new sections to
be known as Sections 1222A to 1222S, inclusive, and to
follow immediately after Section 1222 of said Article, to
provide for the regulation of Trailer Coaches and Trailer
Coach Parks, in Montgomery and Prince George's Coun-
ties, to make violations thereof misdemeanors and to
provide penalties therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1334 to 1356, both inclusive, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (Flack's Edi-
tion, 1943), title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Trailer
Camps", be repealed, and in lieu thereof to enact Sections
1334 to 1352, both inclusive, of said Code and sub-title and
that 19 new sections be and they are hereby added to
Montgomery County Code (1947 Edition), being Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Trailer Camps", said new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 1222A to 1222S, inclusive, to
follow immediately after Section 1222 of said Article, and
all to read as follows:
1334 (1222A). (Definitions).
As used in this Act:
(a) "Trailer Coach Park" means any plot of ground upon
which two or more trailer coaches, occupied for dwelling or
sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether or not
a charge is made for such accommodation.
(b) "Park" means trailer coach park.
(c) "Person" means any natural individual, firm, trust,
partnership, association or corporation.
(d) "Trailer Coach" means any portable structure or ve-
hicle so constructed and designed as to permit occupancy
thereof for dwelling or sleeping purposes.
(e) "Trailer Coach Space" means a plot of ground within
a trailer coach park, designed for the accommodation of one
trailer coach.
(f) "Natural or artificial barrier" means any river, pond,
canal, railroad, levee, embankment, fence or hedge.
(g) "Zoning" means to be zoned for use as a trailer coach
park.
