rules or regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and be
fined not less than f 10. 00, nor more than $25. 00 in the case of
any person or persons taking or catching crabs, and not less
than f 10. 00, nor more than f 100. 00 in the case of any buyer,
packer, or shipper of crabs.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any law incon-
sistent herewith be and the same is hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game",
and all amendments to said Article; and to repeal Sections
80-102, inclusive, of Article 39 of said Code, title "Fish and
Fisheries", sub-title "Part 3. Non-Tidal Waters", and all
amendments to said sections; and to enact in lieu thereof a
new Article, to be known as Article 99 of said Code, title
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish".
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tine General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game", and all
amendments to said Article, and Sections 80-102, inclusive, of
Article 39 of said Code, title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-title
"Part 3. Non-Tidal Waters", and all amendments to said
sections, be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new Article, to
be known as Article 99 of said Code, title "Birds, Game and
Inland Water Fish", be and it is hereby enacted, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 99.
BIRDS, GAME AND INLAND WATER FISH.
DEFINITIONS.
1. Short Title—This Article shall be known and may be
cited as "The Game Law and Game and Fresh Water Fish
Law".
