AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(g) of Section 32 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters", relating to
the taking of fish with nets or seines in Back and Middle
River and its tributaries, and making it unlawful to fish
with nets or seines in Middle River and certain portions of
the Chesapeake Bay near the United States Army Reserva-
tion Ordnance Proving Grounds.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "An-
napolis", as amended by Chapter 118 of the Acts of 1937,
and to add two new sections to said Article, to be known
as Sections 1A and IB and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 1, to provide for abolishing the office of City Counselor
elected by the people of said City and for the appointment
of a City Attorney for the City of Annapolis by the Mayor
and Aldermen of said City, to fix his compensation and
duties, and to change the name and style of the Corporation
of the City of Annapolis.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted l)y the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title "Annapolis", as amended by Chapter 118
of the Acts of 1937, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and that two new sections be and they are
hereby added to said Article 2, to be known as Sections 1A
and IB, to follow immediately after Section 1, and all to read
as follows:

1. (a) The boundaries of the City of Annapolis shall be
