on Caroline Street 100 feet, more or less.

78. To deed from George J. Johnson and wife, Annie E. John-
son, Louis D. Wine and Lucy Wine, his. wife, to the vestry of
St. Matthews Parish, Prince George's County, Maryland, 1886,
and recorded in Liber J. W. B. 7, folio 542, among the Land
Records of said Prince George's County, Maryland, conveying
Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block C, Johnson and Wine's Second Ad-
dition to Hyattsville.

79. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Bernard Wittman, late of Baltimore County,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore County in Wills, Liber J. P. C. 36, folio 95, viz:
Rector of St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, Most Rev-
erend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore.

80. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Agnes Josephine Matlack, late of Montgomery
County, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
of said county, viz: Michael Joseph Curley, Archbishop of
Baltimore, Little Sisters of the Poor.

81. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Louise Quandt, late of Baltimore County, in
Wills Liber j. P. C. 35, folio 583, viz:

Catholic Daughters of America Home Corporation of Balti-
more;

Dominican Sisters of the Perpetual Rosary, Incorporated;

Bureau of Catholic Charities of Baltimore;

St. Joseph's Church in Midland, Md.;

Pastor of St. Mark's Catholic Church, Catonsville, Md.;

Pastor of St. Agnes' Catholic Church, Catonsville, Md.

82. To deed from John St. Gittings and Minnie, his wife, to
Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore, etc., a corporation sole, dated June 23, 1941, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber C. W. B., Jr., No. 1174, folio 61.

83. To deed from William T. Connor, unmarried, to Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, etc., a corporation sole, dated September 6, 1940,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber C. W. B., Jr., No. 1121, folio 327.

84. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Thomas J. Wheeler, deceased, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
