Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the pro-
visions of this section, and any permittee hereunder who shall
violate any of the conditions of his permit or any of the rules
or regulations adopted by the said Maryland Board of Phar-
macy, in pursuance of the power hereby conferred, shall, upon
conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not
more than Fifty ($50) Dollars for each offense, and each and
every day such violation continues shall constitute a separate
and distinct offense; and, upon conviction of a permittee here-
under, his permit shall also forthwith be revoked and become
null and void.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to those
operating retail pharmacies or drug stores.

All permit fees collected under the provisions of this sec-
tion shall be used by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy, so far
as may be necessary, for the enforcement of the provisions of
this sub-title.

SEC. 2. And 'be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 507.
(House Bill 343)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 32A of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ), title "Department
of Law", said new sections to be known as Sections 2A and
2B, to follow immediately after Section 2 of said Article
32A, and to provide for further co-operation by this State
in the war effort, and for participation by this State in
concerted action with other States to secure the return to
them after the war of any normal State powers which may
be exercised by the Federal Government during the war;
to prevent encroachments on State powers and functions
in matters not affecting the war; and to aid in preserving
the normal powers and rights of the States by placing
upon the Attorney General certain duties with respect to
existing and proposed Federal legislation and regulations.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new sections to be known as Sections 2A and
2B, be and the same are hereby added to Article 32A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ), title "Department
of Law", said new sections to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 2 of said Article, and to read as follows:
