visions of this Article, in addition 'to being fined and/or
imprisoned, his license shall be suspended or revoked, and
if revoked no license may be issued to the same person or
for the same premises for a period of two years.

60. (a) (Boards of License Commissioners—Appoint-
ments and Qualifications. ) The Governor, biennially, by
and with the advice and consent of the Senate, if in ses-
sion, and if not in session, then the Governor alone, shall
appoint in Baltimore City, and in each of the counties of
Prince George's, Calvert, Wicomico and Worcester Coun-
ties three persons who shall constitute and be styled "The
Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City or
.................................... County", as the case may be. In making said

appointments, the Governor shall designate one of the
appointees in Baltimore City and each of said Counties to
be the Chairman of the respective Boards. Said Commis-
sioners shall be residents and voters of Baltimore City or
the respective Counties, as the case may be, and they shall
be mien or women of high character and integrity and of
recognized business capacity. In the case of any vacancies
in the number of said License Commissioners in Baltimore
City or in any County occurring when the Legislature is
not in session, the Governor shall appoint some eligible
person to fill the vacancy during the remainder of the
term of office of the person originally appointed. In each
of the following Counties the respective Boards of County
Commissioners shall constitute the Board of License
Commissioners: Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester and Howard
Counties. In Garrett County the Circuit Court shall act
as the Board of License Commissioners and the Clerk of
the Circuit Court shall perform the duties of Secretary as
the Court may prescribe.

(b) In Baltimore County, the Board of County Commis-
sioners shall appoint annually three persons who shall con-
stitute the Board of License Commissioners for said! County
and the said Board of License Commissioners shall hold
their office, possess the powers, perform the duties and be
subject to removal as herein prescribed, except that the
Board of County Commissioners shall have the power to
remove the members of said Board for the causes herein
prescribed. The County Commissioners of said County
shall fix and determine the salaries of the Chairman and
members of said Board of License Commissioners; pro-
vided that no member of said Board shall receive an annual
salary of more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000. 00; ).

(e) In Montgomery County, the Liquor Control Board
created and appointed as hereinafter provided shall con-
