(House Bill 148)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(a) of Section 9 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "State Roads", as said section
was amended by Chapter 888 of the Acts of 1941, authorizing
the use of the Lateral Road Gasoline Tax Fund in St. Mary's
County for debt service payments.

CHAPTER 391.
(House Bill 161)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County", sub-title "Frederick City", said new section
to be known as Section 341B and to follow immediately after
Section 341 of said Article, providing for the postponement
of the general registration of voters in Frederick City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 11
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County", sub-title "Frederick City", said new
section to be known as Section 341B, to follow immediately
after Section 341 of said Article, and to read as follows:

341B. The general registration of voters to be made in 1943,
as provided for by Section 341 of this Article, shall be post-
poned until Tuesday, five weeks preceding the municipal elec-
tion to be held in Frederick City in June, 1946, and on Wednes-
day immediately following said Tuesday, on which days there
shall be a general registration of voters in Frederick City in
accordance with the provisions of said Section 341.
