sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters", said sec-
tion relating to fishing in the Chester River, Eastern Bay
and Cox Creek, and their tributaries, in Queen Anne's
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 42 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-title
"Further Regulations in County Waters", be and it is here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 288.
(Senate Bill 77)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court",
said new section to be known as Section 256A, and to follow
immediately after Section 256 of said Article; such new
section relating to the revocation of letters testamentary or
of administration or of guardianship of any executor, ad-
ministrator or guardian engaged in war or related services,
and the appointment of their successors or substitutes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section, to be known as Section 256A, and to
follow immediately after Section 256 of Article 93 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", be and the
same is hereby added to said Article 93, to read as follows:

256A. EXECUTORS,, ADMINISTRATORS AND GUARDIANS IN WAR
SERVICE, (a) For the purposes of this section the term fiduci-
ary shall comprehend an executor, administrator or guardian
to whom letters testamentary, or of administration or of
guardianship have been granted by any Orphans' Court of the
State of Maryland at any time prior or subsequent to the
passage of the Act enacting this section, and any executor or
guardian named in a will whensoever executed who has not yet
qualified as such, (b) For the purposes of this section a
fiduciary shall be deemed to be engaged in war service:
