therefrom, sustained by any one person in any one accident,
and subject to that limit for each person, in an amount not
less than ten thousand (f 10, 000. 00) dollars for damages, in-
cluding damages for care and loss of services, because of bodily
injury, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sus-
tained by more than one person in any one accident.
(e) INJURY TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Proof shall be
provided in an amount not less than One Thousand ($1, 000. 00)
dollars because of injury to or destruction of property of
others in any one accident.
(d) Whenever proof of financial responsibility is required
of a person owning two or more motor vehicles, the proof shall
be for each motor vehicle in each accident in the amounts
specified in paragraphs "(b)" and "(e)" of this section.
(e) When proof of financial responsibility is established
under the provisions of Section 114 of this Article, it shall be
deemed sufficient if the total amount of such proof furnished
by the owner of one or more motor vehicles in the form of
money or securities deposited with the Treasurer of the State
of Maryland is as follows:
1. For one (1) to five (5) vehicles................ $25, 000
2. For six (6) to ten (10) vehicles................ $30, 000
3. For eleven (11) to twenty-five (25) vehicles..... $35, 000
4. For twenty-six (26) to fifty (50) vehicles....... $40, 000
5. For fifty-one (51) to one hundred (100) vehicles. $50, 000
6. For over one hundred (over 100) vehicles....... $60, 000
116. EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. (a) The
establishment of financial responsibility as required by this
Article may be evidenced to the Department or the Public
Service Commission as the case may be, by there being filed
therewith a duly authenticated certificate of the insurance
carrier or surety company, as the case may be, that there has
been issued a policy of insurance or a surety bond in accord-
ance with the provisions of this Article, or a certificate of the
Treasurer of the State of Maryland that money or securities
have been deposited in accordance with the provisions of this
Article.
(b) Such certificate or certificates relative to an insurance
policy or a bond shall contain such information as the Depart-
ment or the Public Service Commission as the case may be,
may require.
117. DUTY OF COURTS TO REPORT CONVICTIONS AND JUDG-
MENTS, (a) The clerk of a court or the judge of a court
