(b) DOUBLE CHARGE FOR METAL TIRES

Where any trailer or semi-trailer is equipped with two or
more metal tires, the charge shall be double that of the same
class equipped with rubber tires.

(e) FEES NOT CHARGEABLE FOR FARMING IMPLEMENTS
The fees as provided for in classes L. M and N shall not
be chargeable in the case of threshing machines, clover hullers,
binders, and other similar farming implements not designed
for hauling purposes.

(d) Upon receipt of an application in proper form for the
registration of semi-trailers operated under the shuttle or relay
system, it shall be the duty of the Department, after due in-
vestigation, to issue additional registration plates not exceed-
ing one additional for each truck tractor registered by the
owner without extra cost.

CLASS O. TRUCK TRACTOR, TRACTOR OR TRACTOR ENGINES.
Twenty-five ($25) dollars for each tractor or traction engine,
or any other similar vehicles used for propelling, supporting
or drawing a trailer or semi-trailer. This charge shall not
apply to, nor shall registration plates be required to be dis-
played on a tractor or tractor engine used for hauling on an
unimproved road or for drawing or propelling agricultural or
farming implements so long as such vehicle is not used for
hauling purposes (except for drawing or propelling agricul-
tural or farming implements) upon any improved highway.

(a) The charges above prescribed for the registration plates
and certificates of registration provided for in Classes A, B,
C, D, E and F, shall not apply to vehicles using the public
highways of the State and propelled by steam or electricity.
For such vehicles, the following fees shall be paid per annum
to the Department, for the registration plates and certificates
of registration issued by it in accordance with the provisions
of this section.

CLASS P. ELECTRIC PNEUMATIC. Sixty (60c. ) cents per
horsepower or fraction thereof in the case of all motor vehicles
