Park Ave., the deed being recorded in Liber M. L. P. No.
6423, Folio 73, etc.

112. To deed from Squire Frazier and Irene Frazier, his
wife, to The Central Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, by deed dated February 8th, 1943, of the
property known as 301 North Stricker St., the deed being
recorded in Liber M. L. P., No. 6423, Folio 72.

113. To deed from Maud Lewis, unmarried, of the City
of Washington, District of Columbia, party of the first part,
to Rector, Vestry and Churchwardens of St. Alban's Parish,
diocese of Washington, of certain property in Prince
George's County, the deed being recorded in Liber 245,
Folio 184 of the Land Records of Prince George's County.

114. To deed from Vestry of St. Alban's Parish, to W.
R. Taliaf erro of a parcel of land in Prince George's County,
the deed to the said Church of said property being recorded
in Liber 245, Folio 184, one of the Land Records of Prince
George's County.

115. To bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to
Zion Church of Baltimore City contained in Item 1 of the
Will of William Depkin, deceased, which Will is recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber No. 204, Folio 370, etc.

116. To bequest of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to
Zion Church of Baltimore City contained in Item 7 of the
Will of Charles Plitt, deceased, which Will is recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber No. 196, Folio 184, etc.

117. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of William H. Weyf orth, deceased, dated April 25th,
1940, and of-record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Harford County, in Wills Liber A. J. G., No. 20, Folio 372,
