105. To conveyance from J. Milton Brandt and Fred-
erick H. Henninghausen, Executors of the Last Will and
Testament of John G. Maier, deceased, to the Trustees of
Zion Church of the City of Baltimore, October 15th, 1940,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P., No. 6095, Folio 351.

This instrument conveys to the Trustees of Zion Church
of the City of Baltimore an annual ground rent of $90.00,
issuing out of property No. 3504 Devonshire Drive, of Balti-
more City, and an annual ground rent of $60.00, issuing out
of property No. 708 East Biddle Street, Baltimore City.

106. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Frederick W. Kakel, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, said will being dated March 13th,
1940, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City in "Wills", Liber J. H. B., No. 207, Folio
320, etc., as follows:

(a) To the Grace English Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in cash, absolutely, under
the Fourth Item of the said Will.

(b) To the National Lutheran Home for the
Aged, a body corporate, situate in the City of Washington,
in the District of Columbia, the sum of Five Hundred Dol-
lars ($500.00) in cash, absolutely, under the Fifth Item of
the said Will.

(e) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and vicinity,
incorporated, a body corporate, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) in cash, absolutely, under the Sixth Item
of the said Will.

(d) To the Tressler Orphans' Home of the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of the General Synod in the United
States of America, a body of corporate, situate at Loysville,
in the State of Pennsylvania, the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) in cash, absolutely, under the Seventh
Item of said Will.

(e) To the President and Directors of the Gen-
eral German Aged People's Home of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in
cash, absolutely, under the Eighth Item of said Will.
