among the Land Records of Plinee George's County on
March 28, 1942, in Liber 667 at Folio 373, conveying Lot

552. Block 45, Section 5, Cheverly, to The Church Extension
Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the Evan-
gelical Church.

93. To a conveyance by deed from Arthur August and
Company, dated July 15, 1942, recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County on July 24, 1942, in
Liber 684, at Folio 365, conveying Lot 5, Section 2, of the
sub-division of Cheverly recorded in Plat Book R. N. R. 238,
to The Church Extension Society of the Central Pennsyl-
vania Conference of the Evangelical Church.

94. To bequest contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Mary Walsh Gloninger, deceased, recorded in Liber R.
L. L., No. 1, Folio 223, one of the Records of Wills .in the
office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County;

(a) To St. Anthony's School at Mt. St. Mary's,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.

95. To the gift and bequest to the Committee of the Sec-
ond Presbyterian Church Society or Congregation in the
City of Baltimore of a part of the rest and residue of the
estate of Angie Neer, late of Baltimore City, deceased, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of said Angie Neer
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B., No. 198, Folio 271, etc.

96. To the following bequests under the Will of Arie
Winebrener, dated July 26, 1941, and recorded in Liber R.
L. L., No. 1, Folio 202, one of the Will Records for Frederick
County;

(a) Legacy to the Evangelical Reformed Church
of Frederick, Maryland,

(b) Legacy to the Lutheran Church of Utica,
