meanor, and on conviction thereof before any trial magis-
trate, or in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, shall
be fined for each and every offense not less than one hun-
dred dollars ($100) and costs, and shall be confined in the
county jail until both fine and costs are paid or be confined
in the county jail for a period of six months or be both fined
and imprisoned as herein provided in the discretion of the
Court having jurisdiction and hearing said cases.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Section 35 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and Fish-
eries", sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters",
said section making it unlawful to use pound or stake
nets in certain waters of Cecil County.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sub-
section (a) of Section 109A of Article 52 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed, ) title " Justices of the
Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", as enacted
by Chapter 632 of the Acts of 1941, relating to the
removal of cases from one Trial Magistrate to another
in Kent County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-section (a) of Section 109A of Article 52 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ), title "Justices
of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", as
enacted by Chapter 632 of the Acts of 1941, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:
